Hello Timberwolves,
I hope that all Takhini families are doing well and staying safe in these unprecedented times. A huge focus during this challenging time is keeping our students and their families supported. Another important thing to be mindful of is our mental and physical health during this time. One of my goals is to provide our families at Takhini with resources and activities that can encourage and challenge our students and their families to be physically active while being asked to stay safe at their homes. This will involve embracing the challenge of staying physically active in a new way, which requires no exercise equipment and a small amount of space.
